Thank you for shopping at Jase One Originals. All orders from Jase One Originals are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at [email protected].

Where We Ship

Jase one originals offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.
All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.


We process orders during our normal business hours.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Jase one originals strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Jase One Originals has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Shipping Promotions

We love to celebrate events and reward customers with occasional shipping promotions. This may include free or discounted shipping on your order.
If you wish for your order to arrive sooner than the estimate provided by our free or discounted shipping option, you may be able to choose a faster method for the listed fee.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Return Policy

All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If there is proof that the painting was lost/stolen/damaged during shipping then a replacement painting will be created, as close to the original as possible, and sent to you within 30 days.
